Plumbing Blunders

May 11, 2016 By John Williams

Crimes against “home-amity”  cropped-home-inspection-1-300x300

No, not a builder gone postal on his subcontractors, but homes built to fail. These are horrid offenses against poor defenseless residential homes so horrendous, that viewer decoration is advised. 😉

Plumbing Blunders:

Water leaks are like cancer to homes. Over time, even a small one from a pipefitting or roof can kill the structural integrity of a house. Fortunately for this residence, it was in the guest bathroom, and apparently they didn’t have many overnight g
uests! If they did, the flooring joists would probably be kaput with dry rot after 16 years. This Brentwood, Tennessee home dodged a major bullet if not for All Pro Home Inspector Williams – the Sherlock Holmes of Middle Tennessee home inspections! #plumbingblunders
