“John did a full home inspection and a radon testing for me. AMAZING experience having him as my home inspector, especially with me as a first-time home buyer. I asked to shadow him during the inspection and he was more than happy to oblige. He was very thorough in the inspection and offered many tips/suggestions in home improvements as well as explaining any potential problems he spotted. The whole time he was very polite, professional, and encouraged questions. Worth every penny, strongly recommended!”
